Before the visit
- Weekly work and one-time work are separate.
- The task list is written before the visit.

Questions
What if the yard is larger than it looked?
The price is adjusted in writing before the extra work starts.
Do you bring away the debris?
The written visit says whether haul-away is included.
Is a cleanup the same as weekly service?
No. A cleanup is one visit. Weekly service is a route.
